These are used Abd I bought them from an eBay seller.
They are identical to a pair I had and lost back in the early 1970s.
These are older binoculars of course and they weigh a bit more than modern 7 by 35 binoculars. Many modern binoculars may use lighter material for the case material which is better in reducing strain when looking up for a long period of time.
One nice thing about these is they have a really wide field of view. They have limited power of course but a wide field of view is nice for dark sky sites.
